产品概述:产品参数 外观:可溶于 DMSO 或 DMF 的深红色固体 Abs (pH 3) = 464 nm (before photolysis) Abs/Em (after photocrosslinking to nucleic acid)= 510/610 nm 分子量:511.5 储存条件 4℃避光保存,有效期见外包装。 产品介绍 PMA 是一种高亲和性的 DNA 结合染料,该染料本身具有微弱的荧光,但与核酸结合后可以发出更为明亮的荧光。它尤其与双链 DNA 具有高亲和性。PMA 不能透过细胞膜,因此只能选择性标记死细胞上暴露在外的 DNA。这个特性使得 PMA 可以通过实时定量 PCR(qPCR)的手段,广泛用于可被培养的病原细胞的筛选,因为 PMA 可与死细胞上的 DNA 牢固结合,而不能用于 PCR 反应的扩增。注意事项 1. 荧光染料均存在淬灭问题,请尽量注意避光,以减缓荧光淬灭。
